 You’re eloping because you want to remove the stress of planning a big traditional wedding and want this process to be as fun and easy as possible, but don’t know where to start. That’s where we come in. Our experience with weddings, the outdoors, and elopements come together as an incredible resource for you included in the price to hire us to capture it. 

We know the best time of day for photos, how to choose the ideal background, how to have the best light for incredible photos + video as well as how to plan cool trips, find fun activities and source talented vendors to make elopement days a totally epic and stress-free experience. And rather than putting all that stuff in your most-likely-inexperienced-with-elopements-hands, we are more than happy to be your biggest helpers.

  • We work with you to design your IDEAL elopement day that feels 100% custom to YOU. From picking the perfect location based on how far (or not far) you want to hike, making recommendations on timing (picking a date and when to have your ceremony), helping you decide where to set up for your vow exchange and creating a full wedding day timeline so you can comfortably fit everything you want into your elopement day without feeling stressed for a second. 

  • We have guides, videos, and articles to help throughout the entire process to make sure you don’t miss a thing when planning. And we’re just an email away if anything ever comes up. We genuinely want to help you plan the perfect elopement day and are PUMPED to see our collaboration come together as your dream wedding.

Hey! We’re Amanda + Joe!

A wife + husband photo/video duo who met shooting a wedding 8 years ago and have been inseparable ever since. We’ve spent the past decade shooting the coolest big weddings in and around NYC and came to realize it was time for something that aligned more with who we are now that we’re all grown up. We love spending time outdoors, being inspired by our surroundings and working 1 on 1 with our couples. It was a no-brainer to move our focus to adventurous elopements and leave the big city behind.  

  • We believe that eloping is just as special, maybe even more special than a big wedding. The intimacy, the authenticity, the feeling that you’re doing something so very “you” for your wedding is exactly what we LOVE about elopements. 

  • We draw on our expertise from 10 years (& 400+ weddings!) in the wedding industry in arguably the toughest market in the world (hello NY expectations). Combine that with our adventure experience (3 cross-country road trips, 19 national parks, and countless miles hiked)  + our love of the outdoors to stay calm and cool every step of the way. And we can help you find the perfect place to say “I do” no matter what level of experience you have in the outdoors. 
    Oh, and we’re definitely going to create beautiful images and videos you will cherish for the rest of your lives.
